Assessment #2 The Lighter Side

Two situations during the Drifts in which I felt unusually peaceful, at ease, or contemplative:

One situation I thoroughly enjoyed during drift one was the sound editing process. I got so caught up in it and there was so much to do with all those stupid pops and clicks from handling or car sounds, the wind and footsteps that I ended up getting minimal sleep for a couple nights but I knew I had done a good job with what I had had to work with. It was a really great yay me kind of moment when I knew I was done.
I really loved getting the close ups for drift one as it forced me to look at common everyday objects in a way I wouldn't normally look at them and to see them in a whole new way. A good example would be the tree footage I cut with the lamp in one of my five rough cuts I loved watching it. It made me feel like I was on a roller coaster and that made me smile.
